We don't publish fixed packages because we don't think they serve law firms well - a generic package designed to suit everyone usually suits nobody particularly well. Honestly, three to six months before you'll see significant movement on competitive terms, and sometimes longer in saturated markets like Auckland CBD family law or personal injury. Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation tends to show results faster - sometimes within four to eight weeks for your map pack presence. We're not going to tell you SEO is a quick fix, because it isn't. But the results compound over time in a way that paid advertising doesn't - a page that ranks well today continues working for you next year without additional spend. Yes - when it's set up and managed properly. Legal keywords in New Zealand can be expensive per click, and if your campaigns aren't properly structured with the right targeting, match types, negative keywords and landing pages, you'll spend a lot without getting much back. The most common mistake we see in law firm ad accounts is broad match keywords with no negative list, sending traffic from completely irrelevant searches and burning through budget with nothing to show. When Google Ads is done well for a law firm, it generates consistent, predictable enquiry volume that you can scale up or down based on your capacity. We'd rather show you what good management looks like than just tell you.

We work exclusively within your practice area and geographic market. If we take you on as a family law client in Wellington, we won't take on another family law firm in Wellington. If anything, smaller regional markets are often significantly easier to rank in because the competition is less intense, which means results come faster and cost less. We've found that law firms in provincial towns and smaller cities are often the ones most underserved by decent marketing support - and frequently the ones with the most to gain from getting their online presence right.

First, trust is the primary purchase driver - potential clients are handing you significant life events, and they need to believe in your competence and integrity before they'll pick up the phone. Second, the purchase cycle is longer and more research-heavy than most services - people considering a divorce lawyer or estate planner will research for weeks before making contact. Content that answers their questions during that research phase is disproportionately valuable. Third, legal advertising in New Zealand is subject to the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act and the Rules of Conduct - you can't make certain claims, and all marketing needs to be truthful and not misleading.
